- We check whether it already fits a standard category (CAT-001–017).
- DIHS reviews and sources an existing, specialty, or new regional provider option.
- You receive status updates — your request never disappears.
Submitting does not guarantee a provider is currently available. Only authorized DIHS Administration can reclassify or expand the service architecture.
