2. Provider Selection
DIHS routes your request to a verified, eligible provider in your service area. You may express a preference where permitted.
3. Create a Service Request
A single authoritative request flows through DIHS review and provider routing.
4. Service In Progress
The provider is assigned, responds, schedules, and completes the service.
5. Completion & Review
Request closes with a summary. If an issue arises, a Support Case may be linked — it does not replace the request.
Governance Preserved
Communities request service and review — they do not govern provider verification, eligibility, or classification. Only authorized DIHS Admin does.
